The Community PAC provider will support individuals while embracing the agency’s mission and vision. The Community PAC Provider will empower each individual to direct their own life choices.

The Respite provider offers short-term relief to primary caregivers of individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities while embracing the agency’s mission and vision. The Respite Provider will ensure the needs of the individual are met in an inclusive setting while fostering independence and community integration.

The Facility Tech will complete janitorial and light maintenance duties at the Albion facility.

The Driver/DSP will provide transportation services while embracing the agency’s mission and vision.

The Community Coordinator - Direct Support Professional(DSP) - Job Coach will coordinate community or facility services for individuals while embracing the agency’s mission and vision, and empower each individual to direct their own life choices.
