The Community Life Director (CLD) for The Arc Noble County Foundations will assist the CEO and Community Career Director (CCD) to develop and manage innovative programming to support individuals in services to live their best lives. The position will direct facility and community operations, ensure that all funding is utilized and that the day-to-day facility and community operations run smoothly, including PAC & Respite services.

The Community PAC provider will support individuals while embracing the agency’s mission and vision. The Community PAC Provider will empower each individual to direct their own life choices.

The Respite provider offers short-term relief to primary caregivers of individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities while embracing the agency’s mission and vision. The Respite Provider will ensure the needs of the individual are met in an inclusive setting while fostering independence and community integration.

The Driver/DSP will provide transportation services while embracing the agency’s mission and vision.
